Johnson Creek, located in the Sandy Springs submarket of Atlanta, is a $6.7 million land development for infill homes.
A higher density community will replace nine older homes on 6.7 contiguous acres in a sought-after urban neighborhood. Euram’s joint venture is redeveloping the land to provide the infrastructure for 33 attached townhomes and 13 single-family homes. All but 3 of the home sites have been pre-sold to homebuilders. Our joint venture ends when the infrastructure is completed and the last homesites have been sold.
