A higher density community has replaced nine older homes on 6.7 contiguous acres in a sought-after urban neighborhood. Euram's joint venture is redeveloping the land to provide the infrastructure for 33 attached town homes and 13 single-family homes. The last three available home sites are now being developed in conjunction with a local builder.
