Stratford Place, located in the Sandy Springs submarket of Atlanta, is a $3.9 million land development for infill homes.
Five older homes on 7 acres were purchased as the site for a new infill community which will be sold to homebuilders. Euram’s joint venture is redeveloping the land to create the infrastructure for 17 single-family lots—all of which will be sold to homebuilders. Our joint venture will not be involved in construction of the homes.
