The Samples Road project, located in North Atlanta, is an undeveloped tract of land located in a retail and residential area of Cumming, Georgia. The 7.18 acre tract is located at the intersection of Hwy 20 and Samples Road. The site boasts 900 feet of frontage along Hwy 20 which was recently expanded to four lanes.
There has been a significant amount of interest in purchasing parcels in this development. QuikTrip and Advanced Auto have been confirmed and there is a tentative agreement on the table with McDonalds.
This is a very unique situation in the Forsyth County area and we expect this to become a high traffic, popular site for business.
