Euram Investment Group has teamed up with Retail South to construct a 66,000 sq ft retail development anchored by a 30,000 sq ft Best Buy store. Additionally, over 50% of the remaining space is leased to other retail stores and restaurants, such as Five Guys Burgers and Mattress Warehouse.
The site is located off Laburnum Avenue in Richmond, Virginia, a main road with high vehicle traffic and an easily accessible intersection. Laburnum Station is located directly across the street from White Oak Village, a new 134-acre mixed-use development scheduled for 900,000 square feet of retail space.

This general area of Richmond has been underserved in terms of retail growth.
