Euram Investment Group has teamed up with Retail South to construct a 66,000 sq ft retail development anchored by a 30,000 sq ft Best Buy store. Additionally, over 50% of the remaining space is leased to other retail stores and restaurants, such as Five Guys Burgers and Mattress Warehouse.
The site is located off Laburnum Avenue in Richmond, Virginia, a main road with high vehicle traffic and an easily accessible intersection. Laburnum Station is located directly across the street from White Oak Village, a new 134-acre mixed-use development scheduled for 900,000 square feet of retail space.
Richmond is an economically progressive city that has been recognized as one of the "Best Places to Live and Work in America". This general area of Richmond has been underserved in terms of retail growth. The Laburnum Station project, with its superb retail opportunities, is expected to contribute significantly to the health of the economy in the Richmond area.
