We carefully monitor potential real estate investment markets and only invest in projects that have a reasonable and predictable risk/reward profile with the best-in-class, most experienced partners.

Our close partnership with the developer allows us to have an active voice in the decision making process regarding site selection, development plans, target markets, price point and marketing strategies.

We primarily select projects with an equity requirement of $500,000 to $5,000,000, with an anticipated development term of 3 to 5 years and a clear exit strategy.
