Steve Roe
Steve Roe joined Euram Investment Group as a partner in 2011. Along with Maarten Kuik, he is responsible for the oversight of property acquisition and development activities, as well as investor relations.
Prior to joining Euram, Steve spent more than twenty years in the real estate development industry with Grand Cypress Development Company, Newland Communities and Rayonier. During this time, he developed, financed, managed and re-positioned properties including masterplanned communities, residential, resort, hotel and office projects.
Steve received a BS in Accounting and Economics from Iowa State University. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Steve was a certified public accountant with Deloitte and BDO Seidman.
